Gratitude is one of the highest vibrational frequencies we can experience, and when intentionally practiced, allows life to feel like magic swirling around you.
The Gratitude Retreat is a journey of self-discovery and manifestation, blending daily yoga, breathwork, and gratitude journaling practice using the chakra system and inspiration from the elements. This intentional approach empowers guests to reconnect with their truest selves, leaving them rebalanced, recharged, and deeply aligned.
The tools and practices gained throughout the retreat will help sustain this elevated state, empowering participants to integrate gratitude into their daily life for lasting clarity, joy, and balance—long after the retreat ends.

Morning Practice in our magical dome - 15 min meditation, 75 min dynamic Vinyasa flow, and 30 min Gratitude Journaling

FOOD FOR THE SOUL
We are delighted to have Mar return to The Gratitude Retreat in 2024. With expertise in Natural, Energetic, Conscious, and Medical Diets, she holds a Degree in Therapeutic Macrobiotic Cooking from the Kushi Institute in Boston and is trained in Ayurvedic and Raw Food Nutrition.
Food is an essential part of the retreat experience. By cultivating awareness around what we eat and why, we can maximize the therapeutic and medicinal benefits of our diet. Mar’s cuisine is vegan or vegetarian, often free from wheat, sugar, and cow dairy, offering a nourishing yet purifying approach using the freshest locally sourced and organic ingredients whenever possible.
Her focus on seasonal cuisine supports the body’s natural rhythm, providing the nourishment it needs throughout the year to maintain balance, vitality, and overall well-being.

ERIN DUSEK
Erin’s journey began in 2005 as a professional commercial dancer, a career that came with its own challenges. Through yoga, meditation, and gratitude practices, she learned to overcome obstacles and now channels her experiences to inspire and empower others.
She offers a range of modalities, including Vinyasa, Mandala, Rocket, 4beat, Yin Yoga, guided meditation, nervous system regulation, breathwork, and gratitude practices.
The Gratitude Retreat, rooted in Erin’s own transformation, was created to help others cultivate clarity, confidence, and self-worth, empowering them to navigate life’s challenges with renewed focus and purpose.
How to book
DEPOSIT & RESERVATION
To secure and book your place, a deposit of £400pp is required. Please note deposits are non-refundable.

50% of the remaining balance is due by March 27th and the final 50% is due by 27th July 2025 - 8 weeks prior to arrival

Those who wish to pay in full at time of booking will receive a 60 minute complimentary 1-2-1 session of choice with Erin

Earlybird price of £1800 (shared occupancy) or £2100 (single occupancy) will be available until the end of 2024. Saving £100.

If you are a member of The Gratitude Retreat online community you will receive an extra £50 off the final retreat price.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The Retreat will include live Sound healing, and conscious connected breath-work. Although you can still attend the Retreat, please note you will NOT be able to take part in sound healing and certain elements of the breath-work sessions if any of the following apply to you:
