Erin experienced this transformation firsthand, discovering how daily gratitude practices not only helped her navigate challenges with a fresh perspective but also opened the door to new opportunities and abundance.

Erin has embedded this into her teaching, creating a unique approach designed to help others reconnect with themselves, embrace positive change, and live with intention and purpose. The Gratitude Community, launched in 2021, is a space where you can access powerful tools such as The 28 days of Gratitude programme online, wellness workshops and events and The Gratitude Retreat in Ibiza.
